Customer Service is very important to Steelbook Central, therefore if you have any issues with your product please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item, so we can rectify your problem as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders are eligible for return within the first 14 days of purchase. If you would like to return an order we can process your refund within 24 hours. Please allow 3-5 working days for payment to go back in to your account.
Every care is taken to insure that your product reaches you in the best possible condition without any delays. However we can not be held responsible for delays by the postal service which is beyond our control. If you do have an issue where you need to return the item to us, please note items need to be returned in the same condition and packaging that they were first sent to you. This insures that the product reaches us in a good condition.
When returning items we recommend you use a recorded or tracked service as we are not held responsible for items that get lost in the post. The buyer is responsible for returning the product at their own cost. We inspect every steelbook for imperfections before they are sent out although some imperfections may be hidden behind cardboard inserts. Steelbook Central cannot take responsibility for such imperfections as this occurs during the manufacturing process. Once the cellophane has been opened we can not accept returns.
If you would like to cancel your order or you have made a mistake in the product you have purchased, please contact us to notify us as soon as possible. We can arrange a refund your order straight away if it has not been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you will need to wait for your order to be delivered before returning for a refund. Please allow between 3-5 working days for your refund to be processsed. Please note you have up to 14 days to cancel your order and return for a refund.
