As a company Steelbook Central use a variety of shipping methods, which include Royal Mail 1^st Class, 2nd Class, 1st Class Signed For, 2nd Class Signed, Royal Mail Airmail and Airmail Signed For. We use a recorded or tracked service where possible to protect you and your item.

For heavier items to the UK which are over 2kg your order will be sent via UK Mail Nextday Service. We have partnered with DHL for our international shipping. Our Europe service is sent using a road economy service.

For USA & Canada you have options to use either Airmail post or DHL as your delivery service. Please note for customers in Canada using the DHL option, your customs usually charge a clearence fee for using this service. 

We can not be held responsible for International customs charges, this is charged by your country and it is the buyers responsibilty to find out customs charges in there country before making a purchase with Steelbook Central.

Please note International shipping times may vary depending on location. We aim to process every order within 1 working day however on most occassions orders are processed same day.

Please note if you are using the DHL delivery method, could you please provide a telephone number for delivery. This will stop any delays in shipment as DHL require a telephone number before delivery.
